Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Please note that we will not compensate for the return shipping fees.

Please Read the  Refund conditions clients usually meet :

1 THE PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED:

Our estimate of the shipping time is between 1-10 Business days, not counting the preparation and shipping of the products which is between 1 to 2 days, so please if your products have not arrived in 16 days please contact us.

There are some situations we cannot control like weather, mail delays and customs. If your products have not arrived after 30 days, we will resend you a new item or we will give you a 100% refund instantly.

2 DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL:

If your product arrived damaged, please take photos and videos and send them to our customer support at support@poptons.co.uk After verification of the support and confirmation of the case, you will have two options: we will send you a new product or give you a 100% refund.

3 DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN MANUFACTURER AFTER USE :

You have 30 days after the arrival of your product to report any problem with your product, if the product does not work during this period or is defective, you can return it to us at your expense and we will refund the total per store credit so that you can reorder your new product.

4 CHANGE OF OPINION :

Buyer no longer wants the item - This is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Poptons. The buyer should make sure that he / she / they want to buy the items before submitting an order, not after.Buyer found item cheaper elsewhere - Buyer should be confident that he/she/they should be ready to pay the asking price before submitting an order. 

The order can be cancelled within 24 hours after purchased .Please view the 7th as below given .

5 EXCHANGE:

If you wish to exchange your product, you have 30 days after receiving it to do so. Please keep in mind that to exchange your product must be unused and in its original packaging you will need to send it to us at your expense. Please contact our support at: support@poptons.co.uk to help you with the process.

6 WRONG PRODUCT:

If you received the wrong product, you have 30 days to contact us. We will change the product or give you a 100% refund.

7 CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER:

As part of our commitment to swift order fulfillment, we begin preparing shipments the moment an order is placed, aiming to provide our customers with rapid delivery of their goods. Due to this operational approach, we can only accommodate order cancellations within the first 24 hours starting from when the order is placed. Your understanding of this policy is greatly appreciated.
