2) What if I made a mistake in my shipping address when placing the order?
Within the initial 24 hours, we are able to make any necessary adjustments to your order. Please send us an email promptly with the correct shipping address for quick modifications.
3) Can I cancel my order?
Even though our policies are clear about this, we want to assist you. Prior to processing the order, we can cancel it upon request via email. Please note that cancellations are no longer possible after this point.
4) I need more information about an item before purchasing it
To learn more about our products, simply email us and our Customer Representative will provide all the information you need.
5) I have a discount coupon. How can I use it?
When you are placing an order, on the checkout page, you will find a section where you can add your coupon.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1) When will I receive my order?
Once you have ordered, we'll ship within 24-48 business hours. Your package will arrive in 7 - 10 days. The shipping carrier may vary delivery time, but it will arrive within this timeframe.
2) What shipping carrier will be used for my order?
To make sure your order arrives on time, we partner with top shipping carriers like Royal Mail, EVRI, Yodel, Yodel International, Post NL, 4PX, and Cainiao.
3) Where to track my order?
You can track your order using the 'Tracking My Order' tool on our website. Simply enter the tracking number you received or use your order number and email address.
4) How to get my tracking number?
Once your order is placed, you'll get a confirmation email. When we ship it, you'll receive another email with tracking details. Check your spam folder just in case.
5) What if I’m not receiving my tracking number?
You can reach out to us via email, and a Customer Service Representative will assist you within 24 business hours.
6) Why isn’t my package moving when I check tracking?
If 1-2 days pass without updates on your order, it's normal. If your package appears stuck or you have doubts, contact us via email for immediate assistance.
7) Am I going to receive a notification when my order is going to be delivered?
Sure, you are going to receive an email that advises you, that your order is Out for Delivery, and you will receive one more, once it’s Delivered.
8) What if I received a delivery notification but didn’t receive the item?
To start, reach out to the local post office for precise information. If your package is missing, file a claim with them. Once you have confirmation of the claim, contact us immediately with the details so we can assist you promptly.
9) Can I go to the postal office and pick my order up?
If the deliveryman can't find a safe spot for the package or you're not home, it will be sent back to the post office. You'll have a week to pick it up. Keep an eye on the tracking details for updates, especially when it's close to delivery.
10) What happens if I see the order is being returned to sender?
If just a few hours passed since this occurred, you can visit the nearby post office to prevent your package from being returned. If they inform you that the item has already been returned, no need to fret! Simply email us, and our dedicated Customer Service Representative will promptly help you resolve the issue.
11) How can i return my product?
Once you notify us about the return, we will ask for evidence to review your request. Only damaged goods are eligible to receive a replacement or a refund.
12) For how long is my right to return valid?
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of its arrival. We do not accept returns or offer refunds if the customer changes their mind after placing the order.

1) I don’t find instructions for using my item
We offer digital instruction manuals and videos for some items. If your item arrived without instructions, just reach out via email, and we'll get them to you.
2) I have problems with the item I received
If you encounter any issues with your item, don't fret, we're here to help! Share a picture or short video of the item you received, highlighting the problem. Our Product Team will assist you promptly with a solution.
3) How do I get a replacement for my damaged item?
